RESEARCH USE ONLY — TERMS OF USE AND DISCLAIMER

All products sold by Tier 1 Molecular are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only.

NOT FOR HUMAN OR VETERINARY USE. The products on this site are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, medical devices, or cosmetics. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition in humans or animals. None of these products has been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for any such use.

NO GUIDANCE IS PROVIDED. Tier 1 Molecular does not provide dosing instructions, administration protocols, reconstitution guidance, or medical, clinical, or scientific advice of any kind, and we will not answer questions of that nature. The qualified researcher and the receiving institution are solely responsible for deciding how to handle any material safely and appropriately.

PURCHASER REQUIREMENTS. By placing an order you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a qualified researcher, or you are purchasing on behalf of a research institution, laboratory, or other entity engaged in lawful scientific research.
• You are legally permitted to receive these materials in your jurisdiction.
• You will not administer any product purchased here to yourself, to another person, or to any animal.
• You will handle, store, and dispose of all materials in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and accepted laboratory safety practice.
• You will not resell or redistribute any product for human or veterinary consumption.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for the safe handling, use, storage, and disposal of all products purchased. Tier 1 Molecular accepts no liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising from misuse, from use outside a laboratory research setting, or from any use inconsistent with these terms.

MISREPRESENTATION. If we believe an order is intended for human or veterinary use, or was placed by someone who misrepresented their age, qualifications, or intent, we will cancel and refund it. We may refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase made through it. This website is operated by Tier 1 Molecular. By placing an order you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

1. Research Use Only. All products are supplied for laboratory research use only and are not for human or veterinary use. The Research Use Only Terms of Use and Disclaimer above form part of these terms. You must be 21 or older to purchase.

2. Orders and Acceptance. Submitting an order is an offer to buy. No contract is formed until we confirm the order and it ships. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion. This includes orders we suspect are intended for non-research use, orders where a price or product was listed in error, and orders where we cannot verify the purchaser.

3. Pricing and Payment. All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable taxes or duties. Prices may change without notice. Payment is taken when you place your order, using the payment methods offered at checkout. We do not store full payment card details.

4. Product Information. Product names, strengths, and descriptions are provided in good faith. Where a certificate of analysis is available, it is published on this site. We make no warranty beyond what the applicable certificate of analysis states, and no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.

5. Availability. A product being listed does not guarantee it is in stock. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will notify you and refund that item.

6. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tier 1 Molecular's total liability arising out of or relating to any product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from use of a product outside a laboratory research setting.

7. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold Tier 1 Molecular harmless against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these terms or from your handling or use of any product you purchase.

8. Intellectual Property. All site content, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Tier 1 Molecular and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

10. Changes. We may update these terms at any time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
