Return Policy
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our products are research materials, and their integrity cannot be verified once they have left our control. For that reason, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or unsealed products, and all sales are final except in the cases below.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, is defective, or is not what you ordered, email tier1molecular@proton.me within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Once we verify the issue, we will send a replacement or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.
Items Missing From an Order
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will ship the missing item or refund it.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order at any time before it ships by emailing tier1molecular@proton.me. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. How long it then takes to appear depends on your payment provider. We do not refund shipping costs unless the error was ours.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us because it was refused, went unclaimed, or had an incorrect address, we will refund the product cost minus the original shipping charge.
