SHIPPING
- Where we ship: All 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally.
- Ships from: USA
- Processing time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
- Methods and rates: UPS Ground — $10.00 flat rate. UPS 2nd Day Air — $15.00 flat rate.
- Tracking: A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
- Address accuracy: Please check your shipping address before you check out. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout.
- Lost or stolen packages: Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, we are not responsible for loss or theft. If your package is still in transit and appears stalled, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier.
PAYMENT
- We accept several payment methods, including Venmo and PayPal. The options available for your order are shown at checkout.
- All prices are in U.S. dollars.
- Orders are processed once payment has cleared.
